At Fir we take matters incredibly seriously when it comes to how we manage Covid-19 with our customers and staff.
As a result we are offering customers the option for contact-less deliveries whereby we can still fit your stand to your tree while leaving the tree outside your home, or we can bring the tree inside while maintaining a safe distance and using the necessary PPE.
Our teams will be offering both collection & delivery services this season. While following all medical guidelines we look forward to still offering an excellent service while keeping everyone safe!
All our staff have been tested for COVID-19 and our vans are disinfected daily to make absolutely sure we are not adding to the already very serious problem that is COVID-19. If you have any special requests or requirements we would be happy to consider them and will do our very best to facilitate.
