We were unlucky to receive a tree that was a dud, just died within days as was unable to take on water...nobody could have known, just bad luck. I dropped Fir a mail just to say what had happened, not expecting anything from it. Henry and Johno brought us a new replacement tree, we did not think it could be done and we were about to go out and buy a tree from a local store. They were really helpful, genuine and pleasant. Best Christmas tree service if you still want a marriage or relationship for Christmas.If I didn’t use fir tree , the row would start first about the size and shape of the tree, then , “will we get it into the car” , then ,” it won’t fit in the stand, so how do you expect it to be straight !! “ then the room storming starts and you end up doing it yourself!!! Then ,the after Christmas row - “ can you bring the tree to the recycling center before it closes “ need I say more.Thank you for Fir tree . You take the whole drama out of selecting and disposing of the Christmas tree and makes the whole decoration part, a happy family event without the before and after drama ! Christmas has begun, Gavin and Luca in festive and Friendly fashion delivered my gorgeous fragrant tree with some delicious Fudge to start the decorating . They patiently and carefully put the tree in the holder and took the wrapping away, offered to sweep the floor of pine needles. It’s the most Pleasant experience and now a tradition in his own rite . It’s takes away the strain and stress and allows us to decorate the tree , stress free and most importantly it’s such a fresh and healthy tree , I had to do a quick check for a squirrel, none to be found.
