Just my annual update to my review after another fantastic experience with Fir Tree. Brilliant tree this year, sturdy branches and a great shape, and the customer service was top-notch as always. Clear prompt communication, and everyone I dealt with for both delivery and removal was friendly and helpful. Will continue to recommend this service to everyone I know and I will definitely be getting my order in early next year.

My sister has used Fir Tree for many years & has always had a great experience. We normally have an artificial tree but this year decided to get a real tree & honestly cannot highly recommend Fir Tree enough. We ordered a 6ft tree and beautiful mantle wreath with lights. The delivery & collection teams were so respectful, they even took their shoes off before coming into the house. They made sure the tree was positioned perfectly and tidied up everything. We had the tree and wreath up for a full 3 weeks, they both stayed fresh and full with no shedding. Theo and the team keep in contact throughout, great customer service.
